FourCore Fitness Outdoor Bootcamp will meet at Corte Madera Creek. The bootcamp will use Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Elastic bands, Sand bags, TRX and Fitness drills to create an intense workout that is capable of burning 500-650 calories. The first class is complimentary. The following classes will be quite affordable at $20.00. Each Bootcamp will be 45 minutes in length. All Fitness Levels Welcome!!!
